疫情期間國際學生注意事項

  1. 中央流行疫情指揮中心今(15日)表示因大臺北地區新冠肺炎疫情持續嚴峻,雙北地區(新北市、臺北市)陸續發生感染來源不明病例及群聚事件,雙北地區自5月15日至7月26日提升疫情警戒至第三級。

  2. 請同學們非必要情形儘量不要出入校園並減少外出,並作好自我健康監測,每日量測體溫、勤洗手、外出時全程戴口罩,避免不必要移動、活動或集會。一同遵守防疫規定,以降低染疫風險。學輔中心於防疫期間仍提供諮商,有相關疑問可電話或電郵洽詢。

  3. 如同學暑假想返國,請務必填寫「境外學生疫情期間出境申報單」(點選下載),並經系所簽核後繳交至國際事務處辦公室。有關學期成績與請假等相關問題,請務必儘早向系所洽詢或辦理相關事宜。

  4. 學校於5月17日起異地辦公,如有任何問題諮詢,請優先利用社群通訊軟體(如Line、FB、Wechat等)或E-mail 至 international@ntua.edu.tw 我們儘快與您聯繫。

  5. 如有任何不適,如發燒、腹瀉、呼吸道或嗅味覺異常等症狀,請撥打免付費防疫專線1922(或0800-001922)諮詢或參閱衛生福利部疾病管制署嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎專頁 https://www.cdc.gov.tw

COVID Guidance for International Students

  1. Taiwan Centers for Disease Control announced that due to the recent surge of COVID-19 community outbreaks in Taipei and New Taipei City, effective immediately from May 15 until July 26, Pandemic Warning is raised to Level 3. 
  2. Unless necessary, please do not enter the NTUA campus and avoid going out. Make sure to track personal health information, take temperature daily, wash your hands, wear a mask at all times while going out, avoid moving crowded areas and social gatherings. Follow COVID protocols to reduce the chances of being infected. NTUA Student Counselling Center will continue to offer counselling services. Please contact 02-2272-2181 #1450 or email t0305@ntua.edu.tw 
  3. For students seeking to return to their home country, please fill out the 「Declaration Form for International Student Departure from Taiwan During Pandemic」Afterwards, please have it signed by the student’s major department before submitting to Office of International Affairs. For inquiries regarding to semester grade reporting and taking time off, please contact the student’s major department.  
  4. Since May 17 NTUA enacts guidance for remote working. If you have any questions, please utilize our communication platforms (such as Line, Facebook, Wechat) or email international@ntua.edu.tw and we’ll respond shortly。
  5. If you are not feeling well and displays any of the COVID symptoms such as fever, diarrhoea, upper respiratory, lost sense of taste or smell, please dial CDC Hotline 1922(or 0800-001922)or visit Taiwan Center for Diseases Control website https://www.cdc.gov.tw/En
